Prior to this he was founder and CEO of Management Science Associates Inc, a national management consulting firm later sold to Willis Corroon Inc, the world's second largest insurance intermediary. Mr Velghe has been retained by over 1,000 US Healthcare corporations and university medical centers and has served on both for-profit and non-profit governing boards in healthcare, banking and law enforcement. In the course of his consulting career, he has measured the opinions and levels of psychological existence of over 1.5 million healthcare employees and physicians and the personality characteristics of thousands of leaders. He continues to consult with leading healthcare corporations.
